CMHT Health Cards distributed to VDF personnel in Jiribam

In a significant initiative under the “Chief Minister gi Hakshelgi Tengbang (CMHT)” scheme, Health Cards were distributed to the dedicated Village Defence Force (VDF) personnel of Jiribam District today.
The distribution ceremony for these valuable health cards was orchestrated with precision by the Jiribam District Police and took place at the Auditorium hall within the Multi Utility Complex. The event witnessed the presence of prominent dignitaries, underscoring the importance of this endeavor.
The program was graced by the esteemed presence of Krishna Kumar, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Jiribam as a Chief Guest. His presence symbolized the government’s commitment to this crucial healthcare initiative.
A. Ghanashyam Sharma, IPS, Superintendent of Police, Jiribam as a functional President. “Highlighting the role of law enforcement in facilitating this scheme”.
Col. Akash Kumar, CO, 39 Assam Rifles as a Special Guest .Representing the security forces’ involvement and support in the region.
Dr. Th. Bharat Singh, Chief Medical Officer, Jiribam District as a Guest of Honour. Emphasizing the medical aspect and the importance of accessible healthcare.
A. Biren Singh, Chief Legal Advisor, Jiribam VDF Welfare Association as a Guest of honour. Reflecting the VDF’s commitment to the welfare of its personnel.
S. Sushila Devi, President, Jiribam VDF Guardian’s Association  as a Guest of honour. Signifying the role of the community in this vital initiative.
M. Brajakanta Singh, President, All Jiribam Sports Association as a Guest of Honour.
This distribution of CMHT Health Cards is a commendable step towards ensuring the health and well-being of the VDF personnel who play a crucial role in maintaining security and order in the Jiribam District. It underlines the government’s commitment to providing accessible healthcare to those who serve the community.
CMHT cards were distributed to the 107 VDF Personnel of Jiribam District.
