Imphal, June 22: Chief minister N Biren and Parliamentary Secretary of Transport and Planning Khasim Vashum will flag off inter-district and city bus services from MSRTC complex, Moirangkhom on June 23 at 10.30 am. The main function will be held later at ISBT , Dewlahland at 11 am.
