Chief Minister N. Biren Singh conducted an official inspection of the ongoing development works at Dhanamanjuri University (DMU), being undertaken under the PM-DevINE scheme. Expressing optimism about the initiative, the Chief Minister highlighted its transformative potential to create world-class infrastructure and promote an exceptional academic environment. He noted that the project represents a pivotal stride toward establishing DMU as a premier center for higher education and innovation in the region, enhancing its reputation and driving educational progress.
Later, Chief Minister N. Biren Singh visited Manipur Technical University (MTU), Takyel, to inspect the developmental works being carried out under the PM-DevINE scheme. The Chief Minister reviewed the progress and stressed the importance of equipping the university with state-of-the-art facilities to improve its administrative efficiency and academic excellence. Taking to X, CM N Biren Singh posted, “Visited Manipur Technical University (MTU), Takyel, Imphal, for an inspection. Under the PM-DevINE scheme, necessary infrastructure and facilities are being developed to ensure smooth administration and effective functioning of the University. We are committed to equipping MTU with the best resources to nurture and empower our youth and students.”
Also, Chief Minister N. Biren Singh inaugurated the Yoga and Naturopathy Kendra Bhaskara Prabha and was accompanied by a special puja.
CM Biren Singh posting on his X account said, “Inaugurated the Yoga and Naturopathy Kendra Bhaskara Prabha and a special puja was conducted to mark the beginning of this important journey. This Centre will serve as a space where individuals from all walks of life can come together to practice yoga, embrace a balanced lifestyle, and develop inner peace.
