Chief Minister N. Biren Singh today laid the foundation stone for Essential Oil Distillation Plant at North-East Institute of Science &Technology Branch Laboratory (CSIR) complex at Lamphelpat, Imphal West. The foundation laying function was attended by Karam Shyam, Minister of Revenue, CAF & PD, MLAs and officials of the State Government.
On the occasion the Chief Minister also distributed high yielding MAPs and inspected a health camp at the campus.
