Imphal Dec 29: Chief Minister Okram Ibobi today inaugurated a power sub-station at Sekmaijin in Hiyanglam Assembly constituency and Sugunu Market Complex and Community Heaslth Center at Sugunu in Sugnu Assembly constituency today. Health Minister Phungzatrhang Tonsing, MLA Dwijamani and MLA K Ranjit also acompanied the CM during the inaugural function.
