Imphal, April 7: Chief Minister of Manipur, Okram Ibobi Singh; Deputy Chief Minister, Gaikhangam and Bharatiya Janata Party, Manipur Pradesh has extended greetings on Sajibu Nongma Panba Cheiraoba festival to be celebrated on April 8.
Sajibu Nongma Panba Cheiraoba festival heralds the advent of the Meitei New year and is celebrated with religious fervor and gaiety. The festival strengthens the bond of love and brotherhood not only amongst the family members but also amongst the fellow members in the neighbourhood. With the advent of another new year, let us strive to work harder as one to bring peace, progress and prosperity in the state, wished Chief Minister, Okram Ibobi Singh.
Deputy CM also wished to strengthen brotherhood and peace among the people of Manipur with the beginning of a new year.
BJP- Manipur Pradesh has also greeted the people of Manipur on Sajibu Nongma Panba Cheiraoba.
