CM convene meeting for discussion of ILP; JCILP stay aside

Chief Minister Okram Ibobi Singh today convened a meeting with the members of the All Political Party Forum and the JCILP to discuss in dept about the demand implementation for Inner Line Permit System in the state.The meeting began from 9am and concluded at 11am. Members of almost all Political Parties attended the meeting however no members of the JCILP turn up.According to a source to meeting discussed in dept about the implementation of Inner Line Permit System by going through the details to the opinion of legal experts.Later, the meeting resolved to sent govt. representatives to take stock of the present system enforcing at Himachal Pradesh and Meghalaya.Mentioned may be made the MLA RK. Anand had earlier expressed the 80% of the task for introduction of ILP in the state has been completed.
