Imphal, Oct 7: Chief Minister Okram Ibobi Singh today condoles the demise of noted theatre personality Heisnam Kanhailal who had left for heavenly abode yesterday. In a letter to Heishnam Ongbi Savitri Okram Ibobi share his pain of the family saying that we have lost a noted theatre personality, a multifaceted artiste, a colossal figure in the field of art and culture. His absence will be felt dearly by each of us, Okram Ibobi stated.
