Imphal, May 30: Coalition for Indigenes’ Rights Campaign (CIRCA), Manipur has appealed people of Manipur to celebrate Manipur Independence Day by hoisting Pakhangba printed flag all over the state on August 14. The body urges not to impose any kind of bandhs or blockades or any other form of agitation which will hindrance on the celebration.
