In support of the ongoing demand for introduction of Inner Line Permit in Manipur, Chiru Women’s Society has staged a sit-in-protest at Chiru Authority Court Hall on Saturday.
Th D Thangpu, Village Chief of Nungshai Chiru and Ngakneikim Serto, President of Nungshai Chiru Women’s Society attended the protest demonstration as presidium member. Advocate Y Ratankumar, President of Coalition Against Drugs & Alcohol (CADA) also attended as resource person.
Paying tribute to the departed soul of Sapam Robinhood, the protestors also observed 2-minute silence.
