Chief Minister Okram Ibobi Singh who is also the leader of the house today showed anger to ministers for walking out of the house just after the question hour. The Chief Minister notice some of the minister trying to leave the house just as when he was supposed to table the demands for grant for discussion and voting. Before tabling the demands for discussion Okram Ibobi turn back and asked his ministers not leave the house in a bit higher tone. Some of the Ministers who had already stood up were seen taking the seat once more.
