Mega TV serial “Cheinakhol” produced by Lily Laishram, wife of Jit Ningomba, Jt. Editor, ISTV News Prog. And directed by Chou-en-lai completes one year of telecast today. The TV serial was produced based on true story of various woman and girls of the state who fell as victims of conflict, rape and domestic violence. A function on the occasion was held today at Manipur Press Club. Agriculture Minister Md. Nashir attended as Chief Guest while President of ISTV Network, Khamba Salam presided over it. Govt. PP Ng. Tejkumar, SC of CADA Monoranjan, AMWJU President W. Shyamjai and Screen play writer Dhanachandra attended the occasion as guest of honours.
