CELIN DIGITAL extends assistance to TOM TV

In the relentless fight against the Covid-19 pandemic, Media persons are playing a huge role, and TOM TV, one of the Media Houses of Manipur have put into quarantine fourteen of its staffs as one of them tested positive for the Covid-19 infection. Phanjoubam Lanajit, Producer, CELIN Digital and other executive members of the production house extended assistance to the quarantined staffs of TOM TV which consists of several items including groceries, face masks, sanitisers, biscuits and vegetables as part of its “Ngamjaba Kharadang” initiative. According to a press release signed by Lanajit, we can defeat the present Covid-19 pandemic if we strictly follow the guidelines issued by the World Health Organisation, ICMR and maintain the SOPs of the Government of Manipur. The release further adds that only the government cannot fight the pandemic and every one of us have a responsibility to contribute our share to the fight.
