Imphal Jan 16: In order to protect the cattle reared by the farmers of YVU Milk Producer Limited, Thoubal from communicable diseases, a cattle vaccination program was organized under the aegis of the milk producing company.
During the vaccination program doctors visited various locations and vaccinated the cattle. The doctors also performed minor operations and artificial insemination on various cows at Leishangthem. This program will be organized in Imphal West on 21st January and in Bishnupur o 23rd January.
Bikendrajit Akoijam, Director of the milk producing company said that this kind of vaccination will be organized twice a year.
