Catholic Schools resumes classes from today; Parents and Guardians guarded their wards

At what could be term as a daring challenge to the unreasonable threats by armed militants who had been forcing to close down the school for the last one months, parents and guardians of the 5 Catholic runs schools today guarded their wards outside the gate of the schools premises while the their wards were taking classes inside the schools.
Classes in these five schools remain suspended since the last one month due to threats from a KCP MC group. Student Body DESAM, AMSU and other parent’s body left with choice but to urged the school authority, the militant groups and the government authority to bring about a lasting solution to the present crisis. As non were able to bring an amicable solution people meeting to discuss the present impasse has been discussed in depht and the meeting appealed to all concern to left the school academic environment free from fear.
As the government authority too remain as a silent spectator the student union had appealed all the student to attain classes from today besides appealing the Catholic run schools to resume classes from today.
Early in the morning today , some student had to return back as the school did not open but after volunteers of student body DESAM came the school were asked to open and assure full security of the children by promising them to guard the school when the classes were on.
Speaking to reporters parents of the Catholic School Canchipur said that even though they have works today they felt it more important to guard their children as whatever they earn or do are for their children. He appealed the militant outfit to relax the ban imposed to the Catholic schools.
Meanwhile, the state government has not taken up any measures for safeguarding these schools even after knowing that there is a threat to these schools and opening of the schools may be a risk for the students.
Guardians and parents appealed the government to immediately deployed security force in an around the school premises until the impasse between the School authority and the militant group has been settled.
Meanwhile, Student body DESAM, MSF and AMSU had appealed the guardians of these schools to sent their children without fear. They also appealed the school transporters to resume their duty without fear.
