Candidates not satisfy with RIMS question leak probe

A candidate who had appeared before the 3 member inquiry committee of RIMS, formed in connection with the alleged leakage of question in the recruitment examination of staff nurse has alleged Dr. AK Joy’s interference to the probe. In a press conference held today at Manipur Press Club one candidate identified as G. Sunita alleged that Dr. AK Joy, who is not a member of the inquiry committee had even threatened of serious consequences for the allegations and filing of case to the RIMS authority for the question leak scam.
G Sunita and others who witnessed questioned the interest of AK Joy to the inquiry to probe the leakage of question paper.
“AK Joy is not a member of the inquiry committee and why should he be present when the probe is conducting”, said Sunita.
Moreover, AK Joy is already a main suspect of the question leakage scam, she added.
She alleged Dr AK Joy of his high handedness during the inquiry and charged of putting unrelated questions expressing his discriminatory towards women.  She complained that Joy did not let them give statements properly because of his non-stop interfering behavior.
 Sunita informed media persons during a press meet held at Manipur Press club that, in connection with the case 9 of them including JAC members, 3 pin-pointed candidates by the authority and others assisting them were called by the committee to give their statement in connection to the case.
