Thoubal College Student Union today blame the authority of the Imphal branch of Canara Bank for disapproving of the scholarships of 3000 students from the state who are studying General Degree Course or Technical and Paramedical Professional course. In a statement the Union said that as directed the students had submitted their name to the bank however the bank failed to submit the students’ name as a result the scholarship has been disapproved.
