The Assistant Returning Officers (ARO) under the supervision of the DEO, Bishnupur, have successfully conducted a meeting with all the Booth Level Officers (BLOs) and BLO Supervisors of the 6 Assembly Constituencies yesterday.
The said meeting for 27- Moirang and 29-Kumbi ACs were held at Multipurpose Hall, Mini-Secretariat campus whereas that of 26-Bishnupur AC, 24-Nambol AC, 25-Oinam AC and 28-Thanga AC were held at the office of their respective AROs.
On the occasion, the BLOs and BLO Supervisors were briefed in detail of their roles and responsibilities and the tasks to be conducted by them on the poll day.
The district also successfully conducted Supplementary Randomization of EVM and VVPAT which will be used in the coming Lok Sabha Election in the Video Conference Hall of NIC of the District Election Officer, Bishnupur today. Representatives of all political parties functioning in the district attended the event.
