BOSEM declares class 10th result 2024: Thoubal district tops pass percentage

The Board of Secondary Education Manipur (BOSEM) has announced the Manipur Class 10th Result 2024 on May 27, 2024. Students who appeared for the Class 10 board examination can now access their results via the official website of Manipur Result at manresults.nic.in. Additionally, the official website of BSEM, bsem.nic.in, also facilitates result checking.
This year, the overall pass percentage stands at an impressive 93.03%. Further dissecting the data, it reveals that boys have achieved a pass percentage of 93.07%, slightly edging out the girls who achieved 93.00%.
Thoubal district emerges as the frontrunner with the highest pass percentage of 99.04%, showcasing exceptional performance by its students. In contrast, Jiribam district reports the lowest pass percentage of 50.74%, signaling a need for educational interventions in the area.
The pass percentage across different types of schools varies noticeably. Government schools report a pass percentage of 84.34%, private schools lead with 95.93%, and aided schools maintain a commendable pass percentage of 92.745%.
The Manipur Board conducted the class 10 exams from March 15 to April 8 this year, following the traditional pen-paper mode. The examinations were held in the morning shift from 10 am to 1 pm, accommodating a total of 37,715 students, comprising 19,087 boys and 18,628 girls.
It is noteworthy that the BSEM has deviated from the ranking or division system used in the past, focusing more on holistic assessment methods.
To access their results online, candidates will require their roll number and roll code. All candidates who appeared in the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) examination can follow the steps provided on the official website to check their scores.
The declaration of Manipur Class 10th Result 2024 marks a significant milestone for the students and educational authorities alike, underlining the academic achievements and aspirations of the state’s youth.
