Imphal, July 27: Unknown miscreants today placed two hand grenades at two different places in Imphal West district. The first hand grenade was placed at the residence of one Bobby (48), Pradhan of Kadangbam Gram Panchayat under Lamshang Police station. The hand grenade was found in the courtyard of the residence at around 8.30 am today. The second hand grenade was placed at the resident of Ngangom Sarat (58), Additional Educative Director of Manipur State Power cooperation Ltd. at his residence at Uripok Polem Leikai. Both the hand grenades were safely defused by a team of police who rushed the spot.
