Imphal, Oct 18: Unknown persons today placed a hand grenade near the gate of the former DGP Yumnam Joykumar at his Naoremthong DC Leirak residence at around 6 am. The grenade was reportedly retrieved by a team of Manipur Police at around the same timing but police denied any such incident. On the other hand another hand grenade was also found today at the Tata Motor Showroom located at MG Avenue, Imphal at around 9 am. Witness said that the bomb was also retrieved by a team of police but police denied any bomb found at the area.
