BJP Manipur Pradesh today declared withdrawal from All Political Parties on ILP system.
Addressing a press conference today at its party office located at Nityaipat Chuthek, state spokesperson, RK Shivchandra said that since the recommendation of 280 pages for the implementation of ILP system in the state has been submitted to the government, the committee has completed its job and it automatically dissolve and hence the BJP Manipur Pradesh party withdrew from the committee. The proposed bill has been drafted after reviewing it over twenty times with the help of various experts including ex-chief justice, ex-chief ministers, high court bar association and many others. Hence BJP has no obligation if the recommended bill or a tenant act like the one in Sikkim gets implemented in the state however if the government fails to consider the recommendation then the BJP will have no other choice but to initiate another agitation, said Shivchandra.
