BJP Manipur Unit installs complaint-box in Imphal

With the objective to reach people’s complaint and suggestions to the national leaders of BJP, BJP Manipur Manipur Pradesh today installed a complaint-box at the gate of its office located at Nityaipat Chuthek, Imphal.
The complaint-box was installed as a part of the observance of National Youth Day at its office located in Imphal commemorating the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda.
The observance was attended by Th. Chaoba, president BJP Manipur Unit, O. Malesh, president, BJP Yuva Morcha and Ashnikumar, General Secretary BJP Yuva Morcha as chief guest, president and guest of honor respectively.
Speaking on the occasion Th. Chaoba, president of BJP Manipur Unit said that the day has been observed since 1985 across India. However, in Manipur, observation of National Youth Day is very new as it started only since the last year.
He further said that the new Government at the centre is eyeing for the development of North Eastern states. In order to look after the utilization of centrally sponsored funds, a union minister will visit to every North Eastern states in every 15 days. Besides, BJP Manipur Unit will pick up reasonable complaints from the complaint box fit at the gate of BJP office and will send them to the Union Minister.
A blood donation camp was also organized at J.N. Hospitals to mark the observance.
