Manipur Pradesh BJP today indicated president rule in the state after the failure of the state government to contain the situation of Ukhrul town. In a press conference held today at the State BJP office today afternoon , state unit President Th Chaoba said that the calling of Chief Minister and deputy chief Minister by the Union Home Minister in the aftermath of a complete failure of law and order situation is the first time in the history of Manipur. he said the situation is serious now and the Union government has acknowledge the failure of the state government in maintaining law and order situation in the state. he further said that instead of visiting the people of the Ukhrul town in the aftermath of the August 30 incident none of the state government Cabinet Ministers had visited the Ukhrul town.

If acche din has to be brought to Manipur, the communal GOM should be dismissed with immediate effect and PR imposed.
The BJP manipur unit should all resign as they still have no glue about the Cultural herirtage of the NAGAS in general. With their disapproval for a political Indo-Naga solution .instead the best the Party could come up with is for issue of PRESIDENT RULE in UKHRUL. and create havoc by trying a DIVIDE & RULE situation by recreating the old wounds on the sentiments of the NAGA COmmunity.
