Imphal, Jan 28:Maibam Dhanabir, former intending BJP candidate of Hiyanglam Assembly Constituency formally joins Congress today. A reception function was held at Congress Bhavan of Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee office attended by the Chief Minister and other central leaders. A large number of supporters of Maibam Dhanabir also attended the reception function.
