Imphal, Feb 5: BJP general Secretary, Ram Mahav charge Chief Minister Okram Ibobi of encouraging narcotic smugglers in the state that spoils careers of thousands of youths.Talking to reporters, Ram Madhav said that Okram Ibobi Singh led Congress government has been has been encouraging smuggling of narcotic items by not implying the laws for punishment of those involved. He said that there is an allegation that one of his relative is told to be involved in narcotic smuggling and even a case remain pending against him.
