Imphal, April 20: RIMS authorities are facing difficulties after a patient, who had been admitted at RIMS casualty by Police on April 4, 2017 is not attended by any of his family members, relatives or friend. As per police statement, the name of the patient is Dineshkumar from Bihar and is stated to have visited the state recently. As per doctor’s statement the person is mentally abnormal. RIMS authority appeals immediate attendance of patient party.
