SEIGO KAI Karate do Association of Kangleipak (Manipur) organized a special training cum belt grading exam on September 6, 2015 at Mutum Phibou, Imphal West for the first time. N Washington Meetei, Cheif of SEIGO KAI Karate do Association of Kangleipak (Manipur) said more than 50 black belt and colour belt students took part in the exam. The Belt Grading Exam was conducted by Bimal Karmakar, 5th Dan KAI and WKF, National Secretary SEIGO KAI Karate do Association of India.
