Jirbam, June 19,

Life in flood-affected Barak valley of Assam is gradually returning to normalcy with restoration of Rail and Ferry services.
Normal train running on Silchar-Guwahati and Agartala-Guwahati route started today while ferry services in Barak River restored on Tuesday.
However, logged water-borne problems in some areas are still a matter of concern.
