Imphal, May 7: The 48 hours bandh called by the All Manipur Refresh Written Test Successful Candidate of Police Constable Male (2013 Batch) 2016, from the midnight of May 7 has been suspended after the state government had assured to conduct the viva voce at the earliest possible time.
Speaking to reporters at Manipur Press Club, Publicity Secretary of the body said that the bandh is being cancelled after the government issued an order for conduct of the viva voce for 2013 refresh batch.
He however said that if the government failed to conduct the viva voce on or before May 15 then the JAC of the candidates will launch serious agitation. He also condemn government statement of referring the case at High Court.
