24 hours band called by JAC against the killing MD. Firoz Khan which begins from 6 am today morning has severely affected normal traffic from Checkon to Minuthong area in Hapta area of Imphal East. Bandh Supporters dismantled several vehicles at Checkon and Hapta area. Police team fire several round of tear gas shells and rubber bullet to disperse the bandh supporters. Bandh supporters also blocked road at Lillong area too. However police team put the situation under control. The 24 hour bandh was called by the JAC formed against the killing and is supported by Muslim Council Manipur.
