Imphal, June 18, An Awareness Programme on drug and Alcohol abuse was held yesterday at Ngairangbam Community Hall yesterday . The awareness campaign was jointly organised by the Loyalakpa Pakhangba Women Welfare Association Ngairangbam, Nupi Smaj Nagairangbam, IWSC Khumbong and KK4 Change. Additional SP of Imphal West Priyadarsini, K Ranjit, OC Narcotic cell Imphal West local leaders were attended as speakers on the occasion. Effect of drug and alcohol abuse in the society were elaborated and the local clubs and organisers resolved to fight together to the menace of drug and alcohol in the region .
