One day state level awareness programme on drug abuse and prevention was held today. The awareness programmed was organised jointly by Manipur University and University and Higher Education Department, Government of Manipur under the sponsorship of National Human Rights Commission, New Delhi.
The Prof. H Nandakumar Sharma, Vice Chancellor of Manipur University; Jaideep Singh Kochher, Joint Secretary of Human Rights Commission, New Delhi and Rk Tulusana were graced the function as president, chief guest and guest of honor respectively.
