The Atal Foundation Manipur observed the National Youth Day commemorating the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda on Friday at the Conference Hall of Overseas Point, Imphal.
The event commenced at 3:00 p.m., featuring an insightful speech by Chief Guest Dr. Sagolsem Kulachandra Singh, a distinguished recipient of accolades from Sanjivani Welfare Society and Global Ayush. Dr. Singh enlightened the audience on the life of Swami Vivekananda and his profound influence on the youth.
Following this, Th. Bonbihari Singh, an eminent motivational speaker, delivered an inspiring talk on the theme “Coming together is the beginning, thinking together is progress, and working together is success.” The event reached its pinnacle with the Presidential speech by Maimom Prakash Singh, President of Atal Foundation Manipur.
The celebration witnessed active participation from over 100 dynamic youths, including students who found themselves stranded in various relief camps resulted out of the ongoing ethnic clashes in Manipur. Their involvement made a significant impact on the minds of the young attendees, fostering inspiration and motivation.
