Office bearers and volunteers of DESAM who were arrested yesterday evening in connection with the beating of a school teachers were today produced at CJM, Imphal West Court at around 2 PM. The police arrested 16 members of the student body after taking up a sue motto case according to news report appeared newspaper. The DESAM volunteers were later remanded till June 23 for further investigation.
