AR personnel injured in IED blast, Proscribed group PLA claims the attack

At least one security personnel belonging to 29 Assam Rifles was reported injured in IED blast triggered by  rebel group at Aibol Joupi area along the Indo Myanmar border in Chandel district early morning today.
Report said that the IED blast was triggered when a column of Major Subash was on routine patrol duty at the site. After the rebel triggered the IED a fierce gun battled took place for some minutes.
Meanwhile, proscribed group PLA has claimed responsibility of the attack and said that as many as 4 to five personnel of the Assam Rifles personnel were injured in the attack by their cadre. In a message sent to media houses the outfit said that all those cadres return safely.
