Application from eligible citizens of Manipur are inviting for Kabir Puruskar Award 2015. The National Award was instituted under Central Government, Ministry of Home Affairs.
Individuals who want to apply for the Award should submit the application through their respective DCs/ADCs. A committee headed by concerned DCs/ADCs will screened the application (s) and forward the same to Home Department, Govt of India latest by 15th May 2015, said a Release from Joint Secretary (Home), Govt. of Manipur.
The Award will be given in three Grade: Grade-I, Grade-II and Grade-III carrying a cash amount of Rs. 2,00,000/-, Rs. 1,00,000/- and 50,000/- respectively along with a citation.
It will be announced on 2nd October and presented to the recipients by the Prime Minister at a function organize for the purpose at New Delhi.
