Thoubal, Jan.30: As observed in other part of the country, Lions Club of Thoubal, Leo Club of Thoubal and IRDEO Wangbal jointly observed “Anti Leprosy Day” at IRDEO Complex Wangbal today.
The observance was attended by Lion Joy Oinam Region Chairperson Lions Club International District 322D, Dr.Ch.Renubala Devi District Chairperson, Leprosy Eradication, Lion Dr.M.Rajendra Singh President Senior Citizen Welfare Thoubal and Kh.Kumar Secretary IRDEO as dignitaries on the dais.
