AMSGO appeals to stop entertainment programme from Jan 15

All Manipur Student’s Guardian Organisation (AMSGO) appealed to stop all kind of entertainment programs such as Fair, Housie (Tambola) and even displaying of movies at BOAT, starting from 15th Jan considering the High School Leaving and Higher Secondary Leaving examination.
Addressing a press conference today at the office of AMSGO located at Palace Compound, Imphal, Secretary, AMSGO, S. Sumati said that the upcoming exams of Xth, XIth and XIIth conducted by Board of Secondary Education Manipur and Council of Higher Secondary Education Manipur are very important for all the students. The exam starts from 17th Feb and concludes on 20th March. Considering for the welfare of the students, the organisation appealed to stop any kind of entertainment programs such Housie, Fairs, Music, Dramas, Cinemas (except in movie house), etc in any parts of the state from 15th Jan onwards. She further appealed to all the related authorities to conduct the examination in a fair way.
