Imphal,May 19: With a concrete initiative to step forwarding towards rural reporting in the state, All Manipur Working Journalist Union is organizing a media visit to Sajiwa Central Jail and Imphal Central Jail on May 20.
In connection with the visit, AMWJU President Wangkhemcha Shyamjai in a press meet today urged all the media firms in Manipur to dispute a reporter from every print media and 2 each from electronic media.
The media team will interact with the prisoners as well as the authority of the Sajiwa Jail.
AMWJU is also organizing media visit to Dzuko Valley and Toushem sub division under Tamenglong district.
