Imphal, May 21: Ambassador of Japan to India Kenji Hiramatsu, who arrived here in Imphal yesterday to join the 73rd Anniversary of Battle of Imphal WW-II today pay tribute to the victims of WW-II during bombardment by troops of Japan at Khurai area in Imphal East at Khurai Chingangbam Mandop today.
