All Manipur Bar Association today observed its 63rd Foundation Day at Cheirap Session Court Complex, Uripok.Chief Minister Okram Ibobi Singh graced the occasion as Chief Guest while Deputy Chief Minister Gaikhangam attended as Guest of honour. President of the AMBA Advocate Khaidem Mani attended as functional president.Speaking on the occasion Chief Minister Okram Ibobi stressed on the need for strengthening the judiciary, Legislature and the executive. He said that it is only after the judiciary, legislature and executive are equally strengthen and take equal responsibility that the state can obtain to the status of Welfare state. He said the judiciary sector should not delay in delivering justice to the people.The Chief Minister also announced a welfare fund for advocate of rupees 10 lakh.Deputy Chief Minister Gaikhangam while speaking on the occasion said that it is a much for every responsible citizen to know the basic of the law. He appealed those in the profession to render their service with proper understanding of Legal ethics and its value
