MEELAL and LUCANIL will be observing the 8th Death Aniversary of Chingsubam Akaba on January 3, 2015 at Wakh Leima Ching in Imphal East. Chingsubam Akaba who had pioneer the struggle for revival of Manipuri manuscript and Manipuri Indigenous culture was assassinated by unknown person on the night of January 1, 2007.
