AICC observer Pradyut Bordoloi arrives in Imphal

With election euphoria started spreading across the state for the 12th Manipur Legislative Assembly Election which is scheduled to hold in February, both BJP and the Congress party as well as others are trying to leave no stone unturned to reach out to voters. National political parties keep inviting their leaders to boost up the morals of their respective political parties. The past few weeks show many leaders of both Congress, BJP and NPP visiting the state.
Today too Congress MP, Pradyut Bordoloi, who is the observer of the AICC visited the state to take stock of election preparation by the state congress team. He was given a warm reception by the Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee as he landed at Imphal.
Speaking to media persons, Pradyut Bordoloi said the Congress party is determined to form the government in the upcoming general election.
Stating the party lost the previous election by a narrow margin, he further asserted the party is pulling up socks to fight and do the needful.
He further said that he had visited Manipur many times but first time as AICC Observer.
This is the first visit of MP Pradyut Bordoloi as AICC observer.
