Advocate P Arjun released

Co-convenor of the JCILP Advocate P Arjun, who was arrested by the state police in connection with the ILP agitation by charging him of having nexus with the UGs was released today. With the release of the activist, it is now expected that the JCILP may talk with the Chief Minister of Manipur regarding the framing of a law equivalent to Inner Line Permit System. Yesterday, the JCILP has turn down the Chief Minister’s invitation for having talk at the Chief Minister’s Secretariat, however, the JCILP said no meeting until P AChou was released.
