ADC Jiribam promoted to IAS

Dr. Harmit Singh Pahuja, ADC Jiribam, MCS has been appointed to the Indian Administrative Service by an order of the President of India.
A notification served by Nitin Gupta, Under Secretary to the Government of India said that the appointment is made in order to fill the vacancies determined by Government of India under Regulation 5(I) in consultation with the State Government.
