A person who was hit by a pulsur vehicle at around 4pm yesterday in front of Brighter English Accademy School, Oinam in Bishnupur district succumbed to his injury at RIMS Hospital at around 10.30pm yesterday. The person has been identified as Asem Ibopisak (age73) son of late Asem Yaima of Oinam Awang Leikai.
