Imphal, Oct 31: The 69th IPR (Information and Public Relations Day) Celebration will be held tomorrow i.e. 1st November, 2017 at 8.00 in the morning, at Department of Information and Public Relations Complex, Moirangkhom, Imphal.
On the occasion, IPR Minister, Thongam Biswajit and Commissioner (IPR), K. Radhakumar Singh, IAS will grace as Chief Guest and President respectively.

Rinku Khumukcham, the Chief Editor of Imphal Times, possesses over 25 years of experience in the field of Journalism.
