The 5th edition State-Level Manipur Singju Festival will be held from December 28 to January 6, 2020, at District Sports Complex (Kodompokpi Ground), Wangjing, Thoubal District.
The festival will be organised by Singju Yokhat Lup (SYOL) in collaboration with Wangjing United Club.
Speaking to the media during a press meet held at Wangjing Sports Complex yesterday by Convenor of Singju Festival Committee 2020, Laimujam Pratap Singh conveyed that the festival will be organised under the theme “Save Our Indigenous Food, Culture and Integrity”. He added that the festival aims at promoting this indigenous food (Singju).
Nearly 100 stalls will be opened at the festival site and sell/exhibit different indigenous food.
