In a fierce encounter between two outfits, KNA and KNA (1), two cadres of KNA (1) got killed last evening at Molnoiphai area under Churachandpur Police Station. The encounter lasted for half an hour which started last evening at 5.30 pm. The dead bodies of the cadres have been picked up by Churachandpur Police Station at 11.00 pm and later deposited to Churachandpur Morgue for post-mortem report. The deceased two cadres have been identified as Paoneh (28) son of Jamchon of Gunphai Jang, Saikul sub-division, Sadar Hills and Letminthang Haokip (20) son of Henmang of Wakan Saikul sub-division, Sadar Hills.
